Technical & CRM Consulting, 50% travel

Technical & CRM Consultants will be responsible for the installation, modifications, and implementation of base software with a team in a large scale implementation or as sole responsibility in smaller accounts. Responsibilities include: working with client's project team and understanding the technical implications of Oncontact Software products and their integration with existing systems; perform screen & database modifications, product and database installations; provide testing and tuning on databases as well as provide application consulting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Database design, exposure to SQL programming & 4GL programming languages
  • Exposure to UNIX and Windows environments
  • Basic understanding of GUI Design
  • Experience with C#, Java, Visual BASIC, PowerBuilder, or other similar PC based tools
  • Working knowledge of networking
  • Highly developed skills in written and oral communication and interpersonal relations required for interfacing with all employees, as well as management and customers
  • Ability to function independently and successfully in a business environment with multiple/changing priorities and demands
  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent or significant, directly related experience


Sales Associate, 50% travel

Sales Associates are responsible for marketing Oncontact Software's product line to new customers and require at least two years of software sales experience with at least one year of business application software sales preferably selling high-end strategic products and integrated solutions. Familiarity with various software development tools and utilities such as PowerBuilder and Visual Basic, relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, Microsoft SQL Server), and knowledge of Client/Server networks is a plus. Must be willing to travel.
