With Customizer, you can create an unlimited number of fields or screens without having to follow a pre-formatted structure. Adding, changing or deleting fields, tabs, screens, toolbars, tree controls, workflow, query frames, buttons, list boxes, rich text controls, etc., can be done in an easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface. Customizer allows you to determine fonts, attributes and colors for screens, fields and text.
With Customizer, you are able to create events that trigger wizards, screens, workflow, prompts, escalation rules, automatic email notification, and more. You can define agents visually by drawing flowcharts or by writing script. Or define your own flowchart toolbox components, including entire workflow templates.
Customizer can also create prompts to guide users through the process of entering or updating required information. Escalation rules can be created for support cases based upon known issues and their resolutions.
