Manufacturing Software Consultant

We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Software Consultant due to business growth. This position guides our customers through the use, implementation and project management of WorkWise software products with a high degree of satisfaction. This position requires an understanding of manufacturing business processes and project management plus a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. This position requires excellent written & oral communication skills, the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide variety of people and ability to complete tasks resulting in a successful implementation. This position will report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Learn WorkWise software applications.
  • Ability to “team implement” by working collaboratively with other consulting resources.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed project goals and billing quotas.
  • Ability to analyze a manufacturer’s operations relative to their ERP requirements and manage a project plan to implement WorkWise solutions.
  • Must be effective in communicating and meeting with customer’s C-level executives
  • Understand and provide consultation in areas of accounting, supply chain management, material & labor planning, shop scheduling, cost & general accounting and ecommerce.
  • Understand relational data bases, data mining techniques and report writing.
  • Flexible work hours and some travel is required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years experience with (Manufacturing/Accounting) business processes
  • 3+ years experience working with ERP Systems
  • Formal education in the areas of Accounting/Manufacturing principles (APICS is a plus)
  • Strong time management, organization, negotiation & goal completion skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional initiative. Must be motivated and self-disciplined
  • Some high level programming knowledge is a plus
  • Previous experience with WorkWise ERP or EMS TCM products is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

Software Engineer

This position will report to the Application Development Manager for CRM.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop new or existing application components for a CRM application
  • Develop unit tests to support new application feature
  • Modify database structure for the application database
  • Research third party toolsets to provide application features
  • Provide technical support to the Services team regarding core application design and functionality
  • Work with team members to share knowledge and guidance as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on software development or applied math
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Background in web development with HTML5/JS
  • Experience in object-oriented programming, .NET
  • Understanding of SQL data modeling and query editing
  • Knowledge of web development using Microsoft products including TypeScript

Financial Software Support Analyst

This position’s responsibilities are directly related to supporting the users of the WorkWise ERP products with a focus on financial applications area. This position reports directly to the WorkWise Support Manager.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Professional and timely interaction with WorkWise customers related to ERP financial software applications in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Knowledge of other WorkWise ERP distribution software applications such as Customer Order Processing and Purchasing is desirable
  • Take part in product quality assurance testing of WorkWise products and documentation
  • Participate in User Group Meetings and Customer Conferences
  • Achieve goals for customer satisfaction ratings
  • Work within the guidelines of the WorkWise Service Level Agreement
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications/Skills Desired:

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Gain an in depth understanding of the WorkWise ERP suite of applications

  • Perform sales consulting activities such as site surveys, RFP responses, product demonstrations and proposal generation
  • Present WorkWise products and solutions to customers and prospects at marketing events
  • Work with selected WorkWise partners in both a presale capacity and a training role
  • Provide input and feedback on product features and development needs

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Middle market ERP manufacturing sales consulting or implementation experience
  • Deep discrete ERP manufacturing systems experience
  • Exceptional client-facing presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to “think on your feet”
  • Experience with “solution selling” methods
  • Ability to travel 50%

Total compensation package includes salary and incentive compensation based on actual sales results. Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Middle market manufacturing ERP sales experience
  • Ability to manage sales cycles with multiple buying influences
