Oncontact CRM Software Receives Top 15 Award for Eleventh Consecutive Year from ISM Inc.



CEDARBURG, WI & BETHESDA, MD, (April 9, 2009) – Oncontact Software (www.oncontact.com), the experts in providing CRM software to mid-market companies, announced today that both of its CRM product lines, Oncontact CRM and Client Management Software (CMS) have been selected by ISM Inc.(www.ismguide.com), Social Media, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contact Center strategic advisors, for both the Top 15 CRM Enterprise Award and the Top 15 Small & Medium Business Software Award for 2009.

This is the eleventh consecutive year that ISM has selected Oncontact Software to its Top 15 CRM software award list. Also, this is the sixth consecutive year that Oncontact Software has been honored with both the Top 15 Enterprise and the Top 15 Small and Medium Business Software Awards - a milestone very few CRM vendors have achieved.

Each package was rated according to 217 s election criteria, including 102 business functions, 51 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 11 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.
