CRM Software: Customizable

With 20 years of experience building CRM software, we understand all businesses are unique in the way they work. With that in mind, we continue to provide a CRM software solution that is highly customizable and can adapt to changes. CRM 7 provides tools to make common changes to the application simple, like extending the database, altering the user interface, or adding business logic. Industry standard solutions may be leveraged to make complex changes. Modifications made to the application, whether simple or complex, are preserved when upgrading to newer versions.

CRM Software Customizable

CRM Changing UI Changing the User Interface

CRM Add Business Logic Add Business Logic

CRM 7 comes with a standard set of data elements for all key modules. Fields may be added, changed, or removed to suit the needs of your implementation. CRM 7 application designers make it easy to change the UI, simply drag and drop fields where you want them. Field types are automatically assigned based on the type of data being added, for example dates are presented as date pickers, boolean data as checkboxes, and so on. CRM 7 designers and templates reduce the amount of time it takes to customize the UI.

CRM 7 workflows provide business logic to the application. Leverage workflows to assign default values when adding records, or validate data when saving edits. On-Demand workflows let you define logic for mass assignment or other user initiated processes to affect data on the server. Scheduled tasks may be configured on the server to run and deliver reports, send e-mails such as escalation notifications, or process data.

CRM Extend Database Extend the Database

CRM Empower Users Empowering Users

Every business has unique data elements that are particular to the way their organization operates. Extending your CRM database is often necessary and should not be limited to a finite set of user defined fields. CRM 7 includes built-in tools that allow you to extend your database by adding new tables and columns. If preferred, SQL or modeling tools may be used to enhance the CRM schema.

CRM 7 maintains a group based structure for storing data that defines UI controls, searches, and other areas of the application. Individuals can build or alter the application and save changes for future use. One option this structure provides is the promotion of user preferences. If someone builds a search or grid layout that is beneficial to others, then simply promote the modification to a group, multiple groups, or everyone.
