With the System Tools, you can create an unlimited number of fields or screens without having to follow a pre-formatted structure. Adding, changing or deleting fields, tabs, screens, toolbars, tree controls, workflow, query frames, buttons, list boxes, rich text controls, etc., can be done in an easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface. Customizer allows you to determine fonts, attributes and colors for screens, fields and text.
With the System Tools, you are able to create events that trigger wizards, screens, workflow, prompts, escalation rules, automatic email notification, and more. You can define agents visually by drawing flowcharts or by writing script. Or define your own flowchart toolbox components, including entire workflow templates.
