CRM 7 web component is a rich internet application. This provides the feel of desktop
installed software in a browser environment. CRM 7 is built with Microsoft Silverlight
4.0 and .Net 4.0. Shared application components which makes it possible to offer installed
and web based application options that look and function in the same manner.

A friendly and intuitive user interface is important for user adoption. CRM 7 was developed
with this in mind. Everything from color schemes to control features are focused
on ease of use. CRM software features were implemented with careful consideration
of how they could both be easy to understand and simple to use.

CRM 7 offers several options for presenting and accessing complex application data,
allowing you to quickly drill into the level of detail you need, when you need it.
Tooltips “pop up” to display more information about an item when hovered over with
the mouse cursor. Similarly, hovering over detail fields displays additional data
for fields that may contain more than one entry, like phone numbers or addresses.
With one click of the mouse, row details are expanded to view more information for
a row of data contained in a grid.

CRM 7 lets you change the layout of the application to your liking. Select the fields
to display and the order they appear, or build custom searches and filters. Preferences
may be defined for an individual or promoted to a group.
